Below is a step-by-step recipe to prepare this unique treat.
Making the Hot Chocolate Filling:

- Prepare the Hot Chocolate:
- In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
- Add cocoa powder, sugar, and salt, whisking continuously.
- Add dark chocolate chips and stir until fully melted and combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Sprinkling some crushed nuts or mini marshmallows inside the puris along with the hot chocolate.
- Allow the hot chocolate to cool slightly so it’s warm but not too hot to handle.
Assembling Hot Chocolate Pani Puri:
For Belgian Chocolate coated pani puri:



- Carefully make a small hole in the center of each puri.
- Melt the Belgian chocolate and dip each pani puri ball into it. Ensure that the chocolate coats the puri well.
- With the help of a tong, place the chocolate-coated puris on parchment paper
- Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top.
- Freeze them for at least 30 minutes
- Remove the puris from the fridge.
- Choose any of the Fillings mentioned below.

- Fill each balls with different filling or a single type filling.
- Using a small spoon or a piping bag, fill each puri with the warm hot chocolate mixture.
- Sprinkle some tuti-fruti, coloured sprinkles, and mini marshmallows.
